I got Rodney Yee’s Daily Yoga as well as Trudie Styler’s Warrior Yoga as prep for my Trainer course. Me doing yoga by myself just results in a lazy sun salutation, a couple stretches when I have backpain, and attempts to do the crow pose. Apparently, the training is going to be very physically demanding. So I might as well try to get there - I have a month before it really begins! They do advise that you should not do anything crazy to prepare. I’m not a big DVD fitness person, but hey what the hell right?
